Peer evaluation ( Malayalam Department )

As a part of peer evaluation, observed some classes. It was really a different experience to observe claases taken by other optional trainees as it is entirely different from mine.

Aiswarya from  Malayalam department took the class. Found the class very different from ours. I  suggested that she could make use of some visual aids to make the class more attractive and fruitful.

But she really managed the class control and took time to clear the doubts of the studnets and repeated the concept many times so that even the average and below average students could understand the portion.

Throughout the class, her knowledge on the subject matter was noticeable. She had a proper structure for the class and followed the lesson template without fail.

She made sure to call everyone's name, which clearly shows how properly she observes each and every corner of the class.
